OEH Meet collects the information needed to create accounts, host meetings, join meetings, process payments, provide support, and protect the service.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, password hash, and optional professional login alias.
- Meeting details such as meeting title, code, host role, guest name, join policy, chat and moderation events required to run the meeting.
- Device and technical information such as IP address, browser, app version, logs, and diagnostics.
- Billing information handled by Stripe, including customer and subscription identifiers. OEH Meet does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide meetings, authenticate users, enforce meeting limits, process billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We share information with service providers such as hosting, LiveKit infrastructure, email delivery, analytics or diagnostics, and Stripe payment processing when needed to operate OEH Meet.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the service, legal, security, accounting, and dispute purposes. Meeting recordings are kept according to configured storage policies.
