Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 16, 2026

OEH Meet paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe billing portal available inside the app.

Cancellations

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid features remain available until that period ends.

Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, technical billing mistakes, or other valid issues. Send requests to info@oehmeet.com with your account email and payment date.

Non-refundable cases

Used subscription time, policy violations, and accounts removed for abuse may not be refundable unless required by law.
